How to Become a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida

  1. Complete a 63-Hour Pre-Licensing Course
    This must be taken through a Florida-licensed real estate school (like ours!).

  2. Submit an Application to the DBPR
    Apply online at www.myfloridalicense.com.

  3. Get Fingerprinted and Background Checked
    This is required for all new licensees.

  4. Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam
    We offer full exam prep resources to help you succeed on your first try.

  5. Activate Your License
    Once you pass, activate your license under a sponsoring broker.
